"My documents" for MFC*
*The multifunction centers of providing state services (MFC) - the organizations created in regions and municipalities designed to simplify the process of receiving state services by citizens.
The customer wanted to automate provision of their public services: requests acceptance of applicants, process and storing applications, transfer of applications to appropriate state bodies and branches of local government and providing citizens with services they applied for.
Based on client's requirements we needed to create an elaborate document management system with automated processes, connected to government databases in accordance to required service. The problem was that each state body has its own specifics of providing services, own request forms and a set of necessary supporting documents.
To resolve this problem, we built a service designer, which allows a state employee to create and implement new services without an IT specialist assistance. We also created a designer for electronic requests, which sends requests to state bodies and receives replies via different information channels. Once configured, all the fallowing work is done automatically.
As a result, state employees comply with state rules and regulations while their work complexity, and therefore margin of error, is reduced to a minimum.
